What your duties will include:
- Lead and coordinate technical service across the Benelux region to ensure timely, high-quality maintenance and support
- Serve as the primary point of contact for dealer partners regarding service inquiries, escalations, and solutions
- Collaborate closely with our sales team to identify opportunities for service-based revenue and strengthen client relationships
- Develop and implement service strategies, processes, and KPIs to optimize operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Ensure proper training and development of dealer technical staff to maintain expertise on KaVo Dental products, including digital and connected solutions
- Monitor service performance metrics, report on trends, and propose improvements to management
- Manage spare parts business to ensure sales growth throughout the region
- Act as a regional ambassador of KaVo Dental’s brand, promoting professionalism, reliability, and innovation
What sets you apart:
- Completed engineering degree
- Multiple years’ professional experience in a service manager role, ideally in the dental or medical technology sector
- Experience in working in an international environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, primarily Excel
- Experience in working with SAP systems
- Fluency in English and Dutch; French language skills beneficial
- Strong communication skills and customer orientation
- Commercial mindset and high drive
- Structured and process-oriented style of working
- Willingness to travel in and outside of the territory
